The frame (about dead people who crawl out of a painting) 

Idea: A supernatural horror thriller about teenagers which strangely experience similar events. There's a museum famously known for a Painting that only certain people can see. The painting was found and placed in a museum however only certain people can see it. The main character comes looking for a job at this museum hearing about this painting and when she gets the job, she spends every night staring at the painting hoping to see what it truly is. After a while this woman starts to lose the plot. Towards the end of the week there is a scary inhumane bloodthirsty looking guy. Which crawls out of the painting and begins to follow her everywhere she goes every day getting closer and eventually killing her. This then restarts the loop, and she became the dead lady in the painting searching for her next victim.
